I have set it up so that you can type everything except for the signature. After completing the form, you MUST print it and sign it physically with a real pen.

Once you have done that, please take a photo or scan the completed form and email it to sec@rbgc.org, and CC me at Luke@Jbonemedia.com. This way, I can confirm that the form was sent. Even if you plan to attend the annual meeting on May 18th, I still encourage you to submit your Proxy in case circumstances change.
